Welcome to haze.io and our online cannabis seed store. We provide our services to you on the terms and conditions as set out below. Please read them carefully as by visiting the site and shopping with us you accept and agree to abide by these conditions.
For the purposes for compliance and of fraud prevention we will cancel any order that we consider has been made by using a false name.
We are unable to answer any questions relating to the germination and growth of our cannabis seeds. We also cannot give advice on which seed may be good for a particular purpose.
By visiting our website and corresponding with us via email or WhatsApp, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receiving electronic communications from us.
We will communicate with you electronically, via email, WhatsApp or by notices posted on the website from time to time and you agree that these communications satisfy any legal obligations that they are in writing.Most of our offers will be time limited, but we may have extended or permanent offers on our site. Any time limited offers will be clearly marked, together with the description of what the product or service we are offering.
You will be able to make a proper assessment on the product or service from the description of it and any image we may use will be true representations of that product or service.
We admit that mistakes and errors are made from time to time, however we will not be bound by any obvious mistakes and errors.
When you complete your order you have accepted the terms and conditions of our website fully. We will email you confirmation of your order and that we have received your payment.
We will not keep any more of your information then we strictly need for any longer then we need it to fulfil your order.
Payment is taken by a third party and we do not have access to your payment information.
We are obliged by UK law to protect your information and we have systems in place to ensure your information not used unnecessarily or excessively.
You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when it is dispatched. You have a further 14 days cooling off period within which to return your items if you are dissatisfied with them for any reason.
If you return your items, we must receive them in the same state and condition , as well as in the original packaging, that we sent them to you.
We will not be able to accept any items that have been damaged or changed in any way.
If you wish to return an item, this will only cost you the price of posting it back to us. Once we have received your item, and we have checked that it is in the condition that we sent it out, we will return your payment. This will take up to 14 working days to be credited to you.

All products and services purchased from us are subject to a shipping contract, which means any risk of loss passes to you, the purchaser, once we have given your parcel to Royal Mail or any other carrier we may use. If you selected guaranteed delivery at the checkout we will send out your order once more, however after this any loss will be borne by you.
We try to be as accurate as we can be in describing the products listed on our site. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are accurate and free of error. If you receive a product from us and it is not as it was described, then your remedy will be to return it in an unused condition.
We shall take care when packing your order and sending it to you. The address you give to us will be used as the delivery address. We will execute your order as quickly as we can, which is usually within 5 working days, but will be no later then 20 working days after the order has been placed. If the delivery of your order has been delayed or we are unable to execute it for any reason, we will let you know. If this is the case, you will have the right to terminate your order and we will refund your payment. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days. If we are unable to give you a product we will give you a suitable replacement. If we replace a product we will let you know prior to your order being sent out and you will have the chance to accept this or not. If you do not accept the replacement, you have the right to cancel your order and we will refund your payment to you within 20 working days.
By using our site you agree that the laws of England and Wales govern any dispute between you and us exclusively.

You should clearly state what you complaint is, together with the defects and with any photographs you may have. We aim to deal with complaints within 14 days of receiving your correspondence.
We reserve the right to change, modify and review these terms and conditions at any time and without any notice to you. If any of the terms or conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, invalid or void for any reason then that term or condition will be deemed severable to the document as a whole.
